最近有二位客戶各自反應了一個問題，就是寄信寄不出去，
這個原因是因為我們換了一台防火牆，強化了web入侵、email收發信、病毒等檢查，
而在smtp的項目，若檢查到URL被Fortinet列為黑名單的url，就會被認為有問題而直接擋掉，
當然檢查的方式還有dns反查、ip address是否是真的存在等等，
所以也有客人因為HELO反應不對，而寄信失敗，
